The delightful Mr Chapin, who we know and love as The Sexual Harassment Piglet is on the go again.   This time he’s got us nasty feminazi’s on the ropes.

The “drivel” he’s refering to  are posts about the power the Men’s movement are generating now that they seem to have a little momentum.

Feminist blog, Broadsheet, notes that Chapin refused to give his interviewer a name, that’s how much above talking to women he is.

Chapin also cites an article on Double X which states that the Mens Movement is getting stronger as justification for continuing his “fight”

My main issue with this utter dickhead is that he genuinely believes his life, and that of his ‘brothers’, have been made harder by securing rights for women.  He is a ginormous tool.

USA, 2 November 2009: Liberal Online news source, the Huffington Post is celebrating the passing of the US’s new and expanded Anti-Hate Crimes bill:  “The provision, called the Matthew Shepard & James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act is attached to a defense authorization bill. It is named after Matthew Shepard, a gay college student tortured and killed in 1998, and James Byrd Jr., a black man who was chained to a pickup truck and dragged to his death the same year.”

CNN talked to the mother of another young man killed by hate crime, while Aflicio.org celebrated the fact that prosecution will now be be much easier to secure for survivors and victims of hate.

USA: Brown goes down

The AP reported today that singer Chris Brown has been sentenced to 5 years probation and 6 months community labour for assaulting his then fiance, Rihanna.

Brown, who pleaded guilty to the charges in June 2009, has asked to serve his probation in Virginia.

Anyone know what constitutes Community Labour?  Is it the same as Community Service?  Can it be bought off with a donation or does the convicted have to personally perform whatever community tasks are allocated to them?

Sexual Harassment Piglet

Bernard Chapin’s Sexual Harassment Panda: Ignorance, alive and well and disguised as a demand for gender ‘equality’.

Take a look at the charming Mr Chapin making fun of definitions in the Indiana University Southeast’s online Sexual Harassment Resource (the moment where he talks about having called feminists ‘pigs’ in the past  is especially lovely):

Indiana University Southeast’s Sexual Harassment resource is here.  The wording of the resource is in no way gender specific and briefly outlines the kinds of behaviour IU Southeast considers questionable.  Mr Chapin, however, sees the definitions as directed specifically at curbing the ‘normal behaviour’ of any red blooded American College guy, which says a lot about Mr Chapin’s mind set and nothing at all about the careful wording of the resource.

Mr Chapin, what was it about the resource listing ‘Unwanted sexual invitations, propositions, or pressure’ as forms of sexual harassment, that immediately made you think how hard it’ll make talking to girls?

jimmy carterBlogger, Ann Drake opens a discussion about US press ignoring the news that former president Jimmy Carter has left his church in protest over religious doctrine concerning the role of women:

President Carter said: “. . .the belief that women must be subjugated to the wishes of men excuses slavery, violence, forced prostitution, genital mutilation and national laws that omit rape as a crime. . .”

AnnCarolineDrake.com said: “Let’s hope the mainstream US media finds their own courage to tell this story.”  READ MORE>>

Why would the US media ignore a story like this?  Is it a lack of interest in the topic, or does it reflect a lack of interest in the actions of someone once described as “a better man than he was a president.”?

Philadelphia Gay News, 26th June 2009: In the US, the state of Pennsylvania bucks the nation-wide trend towards an increase in violent crimes against LGBT people. Throughout the US there have been 29 reported murders motivated by the victim’s perceived sexual orientation . While the highest reported type of violence was harassment both nationwide and in Pennsylvania, the number of sex assaults in the nation increased 48 percent, continuing a three-year trend. There were no anti-LGBT-motivated sex assaults reported in Pennsylvania. READ MORE>>
